Call for Speaker Proposals

27th Annual Expo L.A.
April 29-30, 2008

The program planning committee is seeking speaker proposals. If you would like to present a session at EXPO L.A., please complete the attached form and either submit, or print and fax to SCAFP at (818) 843-7423 or mail it to:

NOTE: The Breakout rooms will be set with a podium and podium microphone. Each speaker must bring their own laptop.

Each session is one hour long. You should allow for a 10 minute question and answer period after your presentation within the time allotted.

WRTTTEN MATERIALS
We need to submit all session outlines for accreditation and therefore request that your complete handout materials (limited to 30 pages), in presentation ready format, are provided no later than March 15, 2008.

If selected, please be prepared to email your handout materials to the SCAFP office at SCAFP@emaoffice.com. Your handouts will be included on a CD given to each attendee. Please bring approximately 50-75 copies of your handouts for distribution to those attending your session.

SPEAKER PACKAGE
If selected, the Association will provide you with complimentary conference registration including the opening reception and all other food functions at the EXPO.
