About SCAFP

The Southern California AFP, founded in 1975 as the Cash Management Association of Southern California, is a not-for-profit professional association serving financial professionals in Southern California. SCAFP is affiliated with the Association for Financial Professionals, based in Bethesda, Maryland. The Southern California AFP holds monthly luncheon meetings in downtown Los Angeles, conducts periodic training and educational seminars, and presents a major two-day EXPO annually each year.

SCAFP's Mission
|
The Association’s mission is to provide financial professionals with
educational and career development opportunities and an interactive
forum for the exchange of ideas. The purpose of the association
includes:
- The dissemination of cash management information.
- Solving problems involving treasury management.
- Encouraging and supporting appropriate legislation.
- Providing the membership with a facility for education and contacts within the cash management community.
