Project & Reporting Facilitator: This position is a great opportunity for a high energy individual to be a junior participant in the Corporate Deposits and Global Treasury Management Product Management and Development senior management team. The role reports directly to the SVP of the group and will participate in the area’s management meetings and strategic projects. This is a fast paced group with substantial capital for investment and growth projects, contributing significantly to the Bank’s objectives to grow fee income. This individual will be exposed to the finer elements of managing a large group, strategic planning, finance, and marketing to facilitate the learning and development of his or her management skills. Job Responsibilities: This position is responsible for supporting the Director of Product Management with the facilitation of departmental activities. Key responsibilities include participating in strategic reviews of acquisition and growth opportunities, strategic planning and annual reviews, supporting the staff development and human resource functions of the group, product management best practices, dash board development and reporting, process engineering, communications, financial analysis, risk and compliance analysis, industry research, and coordinating project activities and best practices.
Job Requirements: This position typically requires a degree from a four-year college (e.g., B.A., B.S.), an MBA and CCM are preferred, with two to three years of experience in the cash management industry.
The job requires strong analytical ability, excellent written and oral communications, project management & financial analysis skills, the ability to get work done through the efforts of others, MS Office competency, including Access. Requires the ability to design or develop complex spreadsheets, databases or custom reports.
Pluses include experience with process improvement, management reporting, and marketing.

Remittance Supervisor back to Job list Company: The Word & Brown Companies
Location: Orange, CA
Job Description: This position will supervise the daily Remittance Processing Activities and Staff as well as implement new industry "Best Practice" Initiatives.
Job Responsibilities: • The Remittance Supervisor will manage and develop staff of approximately 5-6, including time tracking, performance monitoring and reviews, disciplinary plans. Manage work flow of both check and electronic payments, including ACH debits and credits, and full Check 21 compliance. Meet all current Service Level Agreements. Establish Employee Performance Standards, that are consistent with Industry, and incorporate into Employee Reviews. Document all current Procedures and look to implement Industry Benchmarks for Best Practices where applicable. Capture all Performance data and assist in compilation of Monthly Performance Review for the Remittance Operation. Works with management to establish / implement and Lead a fully inclusive Disaster Recovery / Business Continuity Program for the Remittance Processing Unit. Develop and implement plan to maintain a 75/25 ration of Automated vs. Manual Payments Processed. Respond and resolve all inquiries from internal and external customers (including all 4 current banks). Conduct Regular Meetings with Internal Customers to ensure all Regulatory Items are being handled correctly for both current and future products.
Job Requirements: • Must be proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with PurePay Processing Platform, and I-Tran Hardware a +. Insurance and/or COBRA experience high desired. Strong communication, presentation, and customer service skills. Must be a motivated team player that is willing to offer suggestions for improvements and enhancements of current processes. Bachelor’s Degree and 2+ years of Supervising Experience in a high speed Remittance Operation. Will consider High school + some College with commensurate experience.

Job Description: This position reports to the SVP Finance, Treasury and Capital Management and interacts with other functional areas of Treasury, Corporate Accounting, IT, and Viacom Treasury. This position manages daily operations of the Treasury function within a large motion picture subsidiary of NY based Viacom. Candidate must be analytical and possess strong interpersonal and leadership skills. The candidate must also have experience operating in a Sarbanes-Oxley environment. Scope at present is largely limited to U.S. and Canadian operations.
Job Responsibilities: -Primary correspondent with operational banks on all items including stop payment requests, account profiles, escheatment, voided checks, bank errors.
-General responsibilities range across incoming and outgoing cash:
-Preparation and review of daily cash entries (incoming and outgoing)
-Preparation of cash flow internal reports for use by Forecasting group
-Administrator role in bank account permissions and roles
-Initiate or approve wire payments in Viacom system
-Oversees the physical check stock for film production and payables accounts.
-Plays a lead role in Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery readiness.
-Heavy emphasis on process management, process change and implementation of technology to automate manual tasks.
-Significant process redesign and change management will be a core element of this position as new technologies are implemented over the next two years (treasury cash management workstation and SAP Treasury)
-Promotes effective communications and information exchange, within the team, across the business and functional areas including Treasury, Corporate Accounting, IT, and Viacom Treasury
-Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies and procedures. Manage Sarbanes-Oxley compliance for Treasury operations.

Job Description: A multi-billion international company in the South Bay seeks a treasury professional to execute US daily cash activities and global operations strategy. This key position will have hands-on responsibility for cash operations and preparation of cashflow forecast and analysis to ensure the company is able to forecast its liquidity to adequately meet daily obiligations. Additional accountablilities include the management of bank provided services and proactive collaboration with global affiliates and other functions (accounting,tax) with respect to cash planning and execution of intercompany settlement strategies.
Responsibilites include:
Monitor and manage daily US cash and liquidity position and weekly global cash position; execution of daily wire transfers and cash management services as needed; manage US and International bank accounts including opening/closing of accounts and signatory updates; execute and manage multilateral netting and other intercompany settlement processes; management and analysis of bank services and fees to budget and contractual arrangements; manage third party bank service provider relationships to ensure existing and future service levels and offerings align with priorities of the business; build and manage collaborative internal relationships across functions (including tax, accounting) to ensure alignment of priorties to available resources; provide support on banking issues (including payment instruction support, cash settlement inquiries and period close reports) to the organization; manage issuance and maintenance of letters of credit, bank guarantees or other forms of financial assurance; manage third party and intercompany loan/debt portfolio including drawdown and services of third party borrowings under the credit agreement or other facilities and leases; ownership of short term cash forecast and regular variance analyses; coordinate worldwide cash movements with managers or international affiliates; periodic analysis and reporting on working capital/cashflow metrics; treasury system administration and training; recommend and implement improvements to cash management policies and processes; support back up front, middle, and back office FX operations as required; financial analysis and special projects as requested.
Job Responsibilities: Required:
Demonstrated ability to concisely and effectively express in verbal and written form treasury/financial concepts effectively across different levels and cultures with minimal direction. Prior hands-on experience with electronic banking applications for transaction execution and reports. Solid skills in Excel, Powerpoint, and Word.
Preferred:
Conversant in Spanish or Mandarin. Experience with cash/treasury module of Oracle,ESSbase,Hyperion
MBA a plus; CTP or Cert ICM in good standing highly preferred
Job Requirements: 5 - 8 years of multi-national corporate treasury experience in a hands-on and/or managerial capacity.
