Getting There
The EXPO L.A. Symposium 2002 will be held at the Omni Los Angeles Hotel, located in downtown Los Angeles. The hotel’s address and telephone number are:

Take the train and leave the driving to us!
Many attendees will prefer to take the train to downtown Los Angeles and leave their cars at home. Two rail systems serve downtown Los Angeles: the
Metro Rail Red, Blue, and Green lines (popularly referred to as the Subway lines), and Metro Link,
with commuter trains serving Ventura County/San
Fernando Valley, Orange County, and the Inland Empire.
Driving Directions
If you drive to the Symposium, validated Valet Parking will be available at the hotel for only $10 per day if you mention SCAFP to the Cashier. Parking receipts must be validated at the Symposium registration desk.
FROM THE HOLLYWOOD FREEWAY (101) SOUTHBOUND:
Exit from the 101 Southbound at Temple Street. From the end of the exit ramp, cross Temple Street onto Hope St. and go past the Music Center on the left. Turn LEFT onto First Street, the first intersection past the Music Center. Go two blocks to Olive St. and turn RIGHT onto Olive Street. Proceed to the hotel entry driveway on the right, which is just before the tunnel.
FROM THE HOLLYWOOD FREEWAY (101) NORTHBOUND:
Exit from the 101 Northbound at Spring Street or Broadway, go back across the 101 Freeway to 1st Street. Turn RIGHT onto 1st Street, then turn LEFT onto Olive Street. Proceed to the hotel entry driveway on the right, which is just before the tunnel.
FROM THE HARBOR FREEWAY (Northbound)/PASADENA FREEWAY (Southbound) (110):
Exit from the 110 at 4th Street. West 4th St. becomes a ramp. Take the ramp, then turn LEFT onto Olive St. Just after leaving the tunnel, turn LEFT into the hotel’s driveway.
